On 10 January 2020, Czerwiński signed a three-year contract with Lech Poznań. The deal took effect after the 2020–21 season.[3] He made his debut for Lech during a round of 64 game of the Polish Cup against Odra Opole on 15 August 2020.[4] During his first months with the club, he helped Lech to reach UEFA Europa League group stage, playing in all four qualification rounds.[5]
On 9 July 2024, Czerwiński returned to GKS Katowice on a three-year deal.[6]
