The 34th Dáil was elected at the 2024 general election on Friday, 29 November 2024, and is scheduled to meet on Wednesday, 18 December 2024. The members of Dáil Éireann, the house of representatives of the Oireachtas (legislature) of Ireland, are known as TDs. It will sit with the 27th Seanad as the Houses of the Oireachtas. There are 174 TDs in the 34th Dáil, an increase of 14 from the 33rd Dáil.
Of the 174 TDs, over sixty were elected for the first time;[1] 44 are women (25%) and 130 are men.[2]
