Wuxi Wugo and Jiangxi Lushan were reprieved from relegation to the 2024 China League Two after finishing in the bottom two places due to the dissolutions of Dalian Pro and Shenzhen.
Name changes
Dongguan United F.C. changed their name to Foshan Nanshi in December 2023.[8]
Dalian Zhixing F.C. changed their name to Dalian Yingbo in January 2024.[9]
Liaoning Shenyang Urban F.C. changed their name to Liaoning Tieren in February 2024.[10]

Positions by round
To preserve chronological evolvements, any postponed matches are not included to the round at which they were originally scheduled, but added to the full round they were played immediately afterwards. For example, if a match is scheduled for round 7, but then played between rounds 8 and 9, it will be added to the standings for round 8.
