The 2023–24 season is Galatasaray's 69th season in the existence of the club. The team plays in the Women's Basketball Super League and in the EuroCup Women.
On 17 July, a new 1+1 year contract was signed with Head Coach Alper Durur.[1]

On 16 February 2024, Galatasaray announced that they had parted ways with Head Coach Miloš Pađen by mutual agreement.[10]
In the statement made on 19 February 2024, it was reported that Tolga Esenci, who has been an assistant coach since the beginning of the season, will serve as head coach for the remainder of the season.[11]
