The 2023–24 NK Osijek season was the club's 110th season in existence and the 33rd consecutive season in the top flight of Croatian football. This was the first season for Osijek to play their home matches on the newly built Opus Arena.[1]

Since the cup winners (Dinamo Zagreb) qualified based on league position, the Europa League spot was passed to the second-placed team, and the second Conference League second qualifying round spot was passed to the fourth-placed team.
