On 14 September, Noah announced the signing of Gor Manvelyan from Nantes .[ 1]
On 29 September, Noah announced the departure of Robert Arzumanyan as head coach and the appointment of Carlos Inarejos as his replacement.[ 2] [ 3]

On 15 February, Noah announced the signing of Logan Rogerson from Haka .[ 7]
On 29 February, Noah announced the signing of Virgile Pinson , who'd previously played for Botoșani .[ 8]
