Συλλογική ιδιοκτησία

Η συλλογική ιδιοκτησία είναι η κυριότητα μέσων παραγωγής από όλα τα μέλη μιας ομάδας προς όφελος όλων των μελών της. [1] [2] Το εύρος ή η στενότητα της ομάδας μπορεί να κυμαίνεται από μια ολόκληρη κοινωνία έως ένα σύνολο συναδέλφων σε μια συγκεκριμένη επιχείρηση (όπως ένα συλλογικό αγρόκτημα ). Κατά την τελευταία (στενότερη) έννοια ο όρος διακρίνεται από την κοινή ιδιοκτησία και τα κοινά, που συνεπάγεται ανοιχτή πρόσβαση, διατήρηση κοινών περιουσιακών στοιχείων και άρνηση ιδιοκτησίας ως έχει.

Η συλλογική ιδιοκτησία των μέσων παραγωγής είναι το καθοριστικό χαρακτηριστικό του σοσιαλισμού, [3] όπου η «συλλογική ιδιοκτησία» μπορεί να αναφέρεται είτε ιδιοκτησία σε ολόκληρη την κοινωνία είτε σε συνεταιριστική ιδιοκτησία από τα μέλη ενός οργανισμού. Όταν έρχεται σε αντίθεση με τη δημόσια ιδιοκτησία, η "συλλογική ιδιοκτησία" αναφέρεται συνήθως στην ιδιοκτησία ομίλων (όπως ένας συνεταιρισμός παραγωγών). [4]
