Το Μετόχι (ή Άγιος Δημήτριος) είναι παραθαλάσσιο χωριό του νομού Αργολίδας. Βρίσκεται στην νότια ακτή της Αργολίδας, στην Ερμιονίδα, μεταξύ της Θερμησίας και του Ακρωτηρίου Σκύλαιου. Ο πληθυσμός του είναι 36 κάτοικοι σύμφωνα με την απογραφή του 2021. Ο οικισμός αναγνωρίστηκε το 1920 και προσαρτήθηκε αρχικά στην κοινότητα Ερμιόνης.[1] Από το 1955 εντάχθηκε στην νεοσύστατη κοινότητα Θερμησίας στην οποία παρέμεινε μέχρι την εφαρμογή του σχεδίου Καποδίστριας, το 1998[2]. Σήμερα ανήκει διοικητικά στον δήμο Ερμιονίδας της Περιφέρειας Πελοποννήσου.

Από το Μετόχι φεύγουν συχνά δρομολόγια πλοίων για τη νήσο Ύδρα, η οποία βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 20 λεπτών[3].

Πληθυσμός

Ο οικισμός πρωτοαναγνωρίστηκε το 1920 και παρέμεινε σταθερός μέχρι και το 1961 ενώ έκτοτε έχει μειωθεί σημαντικά.
