Lubaga ist ein Verwaltungsbezirk (englisch Ward) des Distrikts Shinyanga (MC) in der tansanischen Region Shinyanga.

Geografie

Lubaga ist ein Stadtbezirk im Nordwesten von Tansania, er ist ein Bezirk im Nordwesten der Regionshauptstadt Shinyanga.[2] Bei der Volkszählung 2022 lebten 10.101 Menschen in 2327 Haushalten[3] auf einer Fläche von 16 Quadratkilometern.[4]

Gliederung

Der Bezirk besteht aus fünf Stadtteilen (swahili Mtaa):[6]

  • Bushuhsu
  • Lubaga Farm
  • Azimio
  • Lubaga LL

Infrastruktur

  • Bildung: Im Bezirk gibt es keine weiterführende Schule.[7]
  • Gesundheitseinrichtungen: In Lubaga liegt eine staatliche Apotheke.[8]
  • Gebäude: Von den 2637 Gebäuden im Bezirk haben 1358 einen Stromanschluss von Tanesco, 440 beziehen Strom aus anderen Quellen wie Solarzellen und Generatoren. 1800 Gebäude besitzen einen Wasseranschluss (Stand 2022).[9]
