IC 2856 ist eine Spiralgalaxie vom Hubble-Typ Sab im Sternbild Becher. Sie ist schätzungsweise 288 Millionen Lichtjahre von der Milchstraße entfernt.

Das Objekt wurde im Mai 1900 von DeLisle Stewart entdeckt.[3]
