Kaisa Mäkäräinen i 2012

Kaisa-Leena Mäkäräinen (født 11. januar 1983 i Ristijärvi, Finland) er en finsk skiskytte, der har vundet VM i 2011 samt World Cup'en tre gange (2011, 2014, 2018). Hun har deltaget i World Cup'en siden sæsonen 2005/06 og hendes første podieplacering var en 2. plads i 2007 i Pokljuka (Slovenien). Udover en VM-Guldmedalje har Mäkäräinen også vundet én af sølv og fire gange bronze ved VM. Hun blev kåret til årets idrætsperson i Finland 2011. Hun har vundet 25 World Cup-sejre og i alt været på podiet 72 gange.
