Svaté Pole je malá vesnice, část města Horažďovice v okrese Klatovy. Nachází se asi 2 km na jihovýchod od Horažďovic. Je zde evidováno 25 adres.[3] V roce 2011 zde trvale žilo 54 obyvatel.[4]

Svaté Pole leží v katastrálním území Svaté Pole u Horažďovic o rozloze 1,18 km2.[5] V katastrálním území leží i přírodní památka Svaté Pole.

Na východ od obce se nachází přírodní památka Svaté Pole, kde roste ve velkém vstavač kukačka (Orchis morio). Na severovýchod se pak nachází kaple svaté Anny a přímo pod kaplí vyvěrá léčivý pramen. Dále na sever je pak místo, kde zemřel Rudolf Habsburský a kde je dnes malý pomník této události.

Historie

První písemná zmínka o vesnici pochází z roku 1442.[6]
