Jedarni lamini povezani sumembranski proteini koji su ili integralni ili periferni membranski proteini. Najvažniji su polipeptidi 1 i 2, povezani sa laminom (LAP1, LAP2), emerin, laminski B-receptor (LBR), otefin i MAN1. Zbog svog pozicioniranja unutar ili njihove povezanosti s unutarnjom membranom, oni posreduju u vezivanju nuklearne lamine za jedarni omotač.
