Franz Kiggelaer (1648, Haarlem – avientu de 1722, L'Haya) foi un botánicu nerlandés, boticariu y curador del xardín botánicu de Simon van Beaumont, en Leiden. En 1690 publica un catálogu florístico d'esi xardín sol títulu: "Horti Beaumontiani: Exoticarum Plantarum Catalogus ...".

Foi collaborador con Frederik Ruysch nel primer volume de Jan Commelijn: "Horti Medici Amstelodamensis Rariorum" qu'apaez en 1697 y ocupábase principalmente de les plantes de les Indies Orientales y de les Indies Occidentales. Foi un testu ilustráu, con un testu en nerlandés y en llatín, de les plantes que crecíen nel xardín de Beaumont. Preparáronse acuareles de 420 plantes mientres el periodu 1686 a 1709 por un númberu d'artistes, mayormente Jan y Maria Moninckx, y contribuciones menores d'Helena Herolt y d'Alida Withoos.
