Woldemar Alexander Valerian von^[1] Boeckmann (Russian: Влади́мир Алекса́ндрович Бе́кман, romanized: Vladimir Aleksandrovich Bekman or Böckmann;^[2] 12 June 1848 – 26 November 1923) was an Imperial Russian division and corps commander.

He served as the Governor-General of Finland from 1908 to 1909. He was on the State Council (Russian Empire) from 1909 to 1917.
