Thank you! Internet outages are affecting me. Random cable modem/router reboots that began on Tuesday when Comcast, our ISP, had an outage in various areas across the nation. I suspect they are sending out packets that my "older" modem doesn't like. Hello. I was wondering if you could help with a quick query regarding one of your expanded articles for Leslie Hood what source(s)/confirmation do you have that he is the same L Hood who took part at the Olympics? In the 3 November 1900 edition of the Kenilworth Advertiser, Hood is named as one of the quarter backs in the Olympic squad. In that same report, his current team is stated as Rosslyn Park. Hoyer-Millar's book, Fifty years of Rosslyn Park (1929), also gives some biographical details on Hood (in the chapter 1896-1900), and various London newspapers (see the West London Obeserver), give his full name on some match reports.
