Hiya, on 30 Dec -23 you renewed this user's IPBE for another year, and at the same time set their EC status also to expire in a year. Given that the EC was previously permanent, I assume that was a clerical error, or was there an actual reason for it? They've queried this, and in response I've set the EC as permanent. Let me know if I shouldn't have, and I'll revert.
