Should The Simpsons episode "The Regina Monologues" be added to the cultural depictions section? Although a relatively short cameo, it was highly publicised at the time and is probably the most famous instance of a British Prime Minister appearing as themselves in a television series. I have added it in for now, but am happy to discuss further if anyone has concerns. I am not sure this should be included. Tony Blair is not depicted in Quantum of Solace nor is there a character that is a clear analogue (unlike say The Ghost Writer where Adam Lang, although different to Blair in many ways, is a recently departed former Prime Minister with a similar career). I believe Mathieu Amalric did say he based aspects of his portrayal of Dominic Greene on Blair, but Greene's background is very different - he is not even a politician. Also Amalric said parts of his portrayal were based on Nicolas Sarkozy. I have removed it for now, as I think it is unfair to say that it contains a major cultural depiction of Tony Blair.
