The New Template looks fine and its the correct coat of arms. The Coat of Arms of Her Majestys government now whether or not you consider the Scottish Parliament under the Uk Parliaments control it is still a section of, or, one of her Majesties many governments. You're not listening to what people are saying. The Scottish Executive is not part of the government. I know that they are the arms used by the Queen, the Prime Minister, the Home Office and so on. Jim Wallace

Should Jim Wallace's two brief spells as acting First Minister (after the the sudden death of Donald Dewar in 2000 and then after the resignation of Henry McLeish in 2001) not be noted in the template.
