As per orders of the Delimitation Commission, No. 27 Phansidewa Assembly constituency (ST) covers Phansidewa and Kharibari community development blocks.^[1]

Phansidewa Assembly constituency is part of No. 4 Darjeeling (Lok Sabha constituency).^[1]
