Selo in Sakha Republic, Russia
Ebya (Russian: Эбя; Yakut: Эбэ, Ebe) is a rural locality (a selo), the only inhabited locality, and the administrative center of Zhemkonsky Rural Okrug of Vilyuysky District in the Sakha Republic, Russia, located 106 kilometers (66 mi) from Vilyuysk, the administrative center of the district.[1] Its population as of the 2010 Census was 483,[2] up from 472 recorded during the 2002 Census.[1]
