Anju is an Indian actress best known for her work in Malayalam and Tamil films and television series.
Life
Anju hails from Tamil Nadu and acts in tele films and soap operas. She debuted at the age of two with the Tamil movie Uthiripookkal in 1979. She had acted in a Kannada and Telugu movies as well. She won the Kerala State Film Award for Best Actress in 1988 for the movie Rukmini. The film sometimes spelled Rugmini was directed by K. P. Kumaran.[1] She became known as Baby Anju because of her early roles as Child artist.[2]
