The 2019 Scottish Women's Premier League was the 18th season of the SWPL, the highest division of women's football in Scotland since 2002. The league was split into two divisions of eight teams each, SWPL 1 and SWPL 2. The season started on 10 February 2019 and finished on 17 November 2019.[1] The league was known as the Scottish Building Society Scottish Women's Premier League for sponsorship reasons.
Fixtures for the 2019 SWPL 1 season were announced on 17 December 2018,[2] and SWPL 2 fixtures on 21 December 2018.[3]

^Hutchison Vale were fined £1,000 for failing to fulfil their fixture against Kilmarnock on 28 April 2019. The match was awarded to Kilmarnock with a 3–0 scoreline.[9] Initially, half of the fine was suspended but a second failure to fulfil a fixture made them liable to pay the rest.[10]

^Hutchison Vale were fined £1,200 (£600 suspended) for failing to fulfil their fixture against Heart of Midlothian on 22 September 2019. The match was initially awarded to Heart of Midlothian with a 3–0 scoreline, however, they subsequently appealed the decision and the match was played Sunday, November 10.[10]
