The 2014 European Baseball Championship was an international baseball tournament held in the Czech Republic and Germany.[1]
The defending champion Italy lost in the final to the Netherlands, who became champion for the 21st time.[2][3]
Qualification
The top ten teams of the 2012 European Championship were qualified automatically for the tournament.
12 teams played a B-Level Qualifier from July 22 to 27, 2013. Great Britain (11th in 2012) and Russia (12th in 2012) qualified for the tournament.
