كهف أبولو 11 هو موقع أثري في إقليم كاراس في جنوب غرب ناميبيا، على بعد حوالي 250 كم (160 ميل) جنوب غرب كيتمانشوب. كان الاسم الذي أطلقه شعب ناما على المنطقة المحيطة والكهف المفترض هو «جواشاناس».[1] ومع ذلك، أطلق عالم الآثار الألماني فولفجانج إريك وندت على الكهف اسمه عندما سمع عن عودة طاقم أبولو 11 بنجاح إلى الأرض في 24 يوليو 1969.[2][إخفاق التحقق]
