Conchuche ye cualsiquier d'as personas fisicas que fan part d'un matrimonio, feito que en a nuestra cultura se fa platero meyante una voda. Os conchuches tienen diferents obligacions entre éls dependendo d'as diferents lechislacions. Una d'ellas ye a fidelidat conchugal, que se creba cuan se fa adulterio. Atra obligación común ye o dreito d'alimentos.

Etimolochía

Provién d'o latín conjugem, que presenta a preposición con y a palabra jugem ("chubo"). Ye un cultismo que fa servir en dreito d'una forma que a muller se denomina a conchuche y lo marito o conchuche. En a ortografía de l'aragonés medieval s'escribiba conjuge u coniuge, equivalendo estas i y g a l'actual ch. A palabra "conchuche" se relaciona con a palabra "conchugación", tamién cultismo, y con a palabra patrimonial chubo.
