Sinatrukes was van 75 tot 69 v.C. koning van die Partiese Ryk.[1] Hy was vermoedelik die seun van die Partiese heerser Mitridates I (bewind: 171-132 v.C.). Sinatrukes is deur sy seun Fraates III opgevolg.

Die Partiese Ryk het sedert die dood van Mitridates II begin verval. Die gesag van die koning het afgeneem en grondgebied is aan die bure afgestaan.[2] Sinatrukes het die situasie uitgebuit en saam met die Saka, by wie hy gewoon het, die troon omstreeks 75 v.C. oorgeneem toe hy 80 jaar oud was.[3] Dié tak van die Arsakiede is deur die moderne historikus Marek Jan Olbrycht die "Sinatrukiede" gedoop; hulle het tot in 12 n.C. oor die ryk regeer.[4]

Sinatrukes is in 69 v.C. dood en is opgevolg deur sy seun Fraates III.[5]
