Mohammad Zaquan Adha Abdul Razak (lahir 3 Agustus 1987) merupakan pemain sepak bola Malaysia yang kini bermain bersama Negeri Sembilan FA di Liga Super Malaysia. Dia merupakan anggota Tim nasional sepak bola Malaysia. Dia juga merupakan saudara kembar Mohammad Aidil Zafuan Abdul Razak.

Karier

Tim Negeri Sembilan

Zaquan Adha merupakan produk Sekolah Olahraga Bukit Jalil bersama-sama pasangan kembarnya Aidil Zafuan. Pada usia 18 tahun, Zaquan telah dipanggil untuk mewakili pasukan Negeri Sembilan FA dalam kejuaraan Piala Presiden dan Sukan Malaysia (SUKMA). Pencapaian terbaik Zaquan bersama pasukan muda Negeri Sembilan FA ketika meraih medali emas di Pekan Olahraga Malaysia pada tahun 2004.

Pada musim 2005, Zaquan diberi peluang untuk masuk tim utama Negeri Sembilan FA. Pada tahun itu juga dia digandengkan bersama penyerang sensasi Christian Bekamenga sehingga muncul sebagai juara Liga Super Malaysia dan juara kedua Piala Malaysia. Pada musim 2007/08, Zaquan berjaya menjaringkan 11 gol. Pada musim 2009, Zaquan membantu Negeri Sembilan menjuarai Piala Malaysia, sekaligus memenuhi harapan yang sudah 61 tahun tertunda. Dia menjaringkan 10 gol dalam 11 penampilan pada kejuaraan itu.

Tim Nasional

Pada tahun 2004, Zaquan masuk ke dalam skuat U-20 Malaysia di bawah asuhan pelatih K. Rajagopal pada Piala Asia U-20 tahun 2004. Tahun berikutnya, Zaquan terpilih kembali dalam tim nasional Malaysia dalam SEA Games 2011 di Palembang, Indonesia. Zaquan menjadi top skor dalam kejuaraan ini dengan 9 gol.[2]

Zaquan mulai masuk tim U-23 Malaysia di Piala Merdeka 2007, dimana pasukan U-23 Malaysia muncul sebagai juara setelah mengalahkan Myanmar 3-1, dan Zaquan mencetak 3 gol pada kejuaraan tersebut. Pada tahun 2008, Zaquan terpilih ke dalam pasukan Malaysia XI untuk menantang Chelsea. Pada pertandingan tersebut, Zaquan hampir berhasil membobol gawang yang dikawal Petr Cech. Pada pertandingan ini Malaysia XI tewas 0-2 atas Chelsea. Zaquan menjaringkan gol pertamanya untuk pasukan utama Malaysia ketika melawan Pakistan pada 10 Oktober 2008.
