Drs. H. Yohannes Dahlan, M.Si. (17 Agustus 1950 – 28 Juli 2021) adalah seorang birokrat Indonesia yang pernah menjabat sebagai Sekretaris Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat pada periode 2006 hingga 2008. Sebelumnya, ia menjabat sebagai Asisten Administrasi Setdaprov Sumatera Barat pada 2005. Selain itu, menjelang pensiun, ia pernah menjabat sebagai Komisaris Utama Bank Nagari.^[1]^[2]

Pendidikan

Yohannes mengenyam pendidikan di Sekolah Rakyat Tabek Batusangkar dan tamat tahun 1963. Ia lalu bersekolah di SMP Negeri Simabur Batusangkar dan tamat tahun 1966. Ia lulus dari SMA P AL Batusangkar tahun 1969. Melanjutkan D3 APDN Bukittinggi. Ia meraih gelar S-1 di IIP Jakarta tahun 1984 dan gelar S-2 di Universitas Andalas tahun 2009.^[3]

Politik

Pada pemilihan umum Gubernur Sumatera Barat 2010, ia mencalonkan diri sebagai wakil gubernur mendampingi Fauzi Bahar dan diusung oleh Partai Amanat Nasional dan Partai Persatuan Pembangunan. Pasangan ini mendapat nomor urut terakhir yaitu lima.^[4] Pasangan ini berada pada posisi keempat dengan perolehan 330.123 suara (16,28 persen).^[5]

Wafat

Yohannes Dahlan meninggal dunia di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Dr. M. Djamil Padang pada 27 Juli 2021 pukul 23.40 WIB. Ia sebelumnya dirawat karena menderita Covid-19 dan diduga memiliki penyakit penyerta (komorbid). Namun, hasil tes usap (swab) terakhirnya dinyatakan negatif Covid-19.^[6]
