Vilayet Mamuret-ul-Aziz,[dn 1] juga disebut sebagai Vilayet Harput (bahasa Armenia: Խարբերդի վիլայեթ Kharberd) adalah sebuah divisi administratif tingkat satu (vilayet) di Kekhalifahan Utsmaniyah pada akhir abad ke-19 dan awal abad ke-20. Vilayet tersebut juga merupakan salah satu dari enam vilayet. Vilayet tersebut terletak di antara lembah sungai Efrat dan Murat. Bagian barat lautnya berbatasan dengan Vilayet Sivas.
