Thomas Edward "Tom" Hulce (/ˈhʊls/; lahir 6 Desember 1953) adalah seorang aktor dan produser teater Amerika. Sebagai seorang aktor, ia dikenal karena perannya sebagai Larry "Pinto" Kroger dalam film Animal House (1978), pemeranan sebagai Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart yang menjadi nominasi Oscar dalam film Amadeus (1984), dan perannya sebagai Quasimodo dalam The Hunchback of Notre Dame (1996) buatan Disney.
