Teori model dalam

Dalam teori himpunan, teori model dalam merupakan studi mengenai model tertentu atau suatu bagian atau penguatan darinya. Biasanya model-model ini adalah himpunan bagian transitif atau subkelas dari semesta von Neumann $V$ , atau terkadang perluasan generik $V$ . Teori model dalam mempelajari hubungan model-model ini dengan determinasi, kardinal besar, dan teori himpunan deskriptif. Meskipun nama, ini dianggap lebih banyak cabang teori himpunan mengenai teori model.

Contoh

Kelas semua himpunan adalah model dalam berisi semua model dalam lainnya.
Contoh taktrivial pertama mengenai sebuah model dalam adalah semesta terkonstruksi $L$ dikembangkan oleh Kurt Gödel. Setiap model $M$ dari teori himpunan Zermelo–Fraenkel memiliki sebuah model dalam $L^{M}$ memenuhi aksioma keterbangunan, dan ini akan menjadi model dalam terkecil dari $M$ berisi semua ordinal dari $M$ . Terlepas dari sifat-sifat model asalnya, $L^{M}$ akan memenuhi hipotesis kontinm rampat dan aksioma kombinatorial seperti prinsip wajik $\Diamond$ .
HOD, kelas himpunan merupakan terdefinisi ordinal turun temurun, membentuk sebuah model dalam, digunakan dalam teorema Solovay.
$\mathrm {L} (R)$ , model dalam terkecil berisi semua bilangan real dan semua ordinal.
$\mathrm {L} [U]$ , kelas dibangun relatif terhadap sebuah ultratapis $U$ normal, takprinsip, sempurna- $\kappa$ atas sebuah ordinal $\kappa$ (lihat belati nol).

Hasil konsistensi

Salah satu penggunaan model dalam yang penting adalah bukti hasil konsistensi. Jika ini dapat ditunjukkan bahwa setiap model aksioma $A$ memiliki sebuah model dalam memenuhi aksioma $B$ , maka jika $A$ konsisten, $B$ juga konsisten. Analisis ini paling berguna ketika $A$ adalah sebuah bebas aksioma teori himpunan Zermelo–Fraenkel, contohnya sebuah aksioma kardinal besar; ini adalah salah satu alat digunakan untuk mengurutkan aksioma berdasarkan kekuatan kekonsistenan.
