Ségou (Seku, Segu) merupakan kota di selatan-pusat Mali, adalah 235 kilometer (146 mi) Timur Laut dari Bamako di Sungai Niger, di wilayah Ségou. Didirikan oleh orang-orang Bozo di 1620, di situs sekitar 10 kilometer (6,2 mi) dari kota hadir. Penduduknya berjumlah 144.000 jiwa (2005), penduduk adalah kota ketiga terbesar di Mali.
