Telstra atau Telstra Group Ltd. (sebelumnya Telstra Corporation Ltd.) adalah perusahaan telekomunikasi dan media elektronik Australia yang bermarkas di Melbourne. Perusahaan ini merupakan penyedia jasa sambungan telepon lokal dan jarak jauh, telepon seluler, akses internet terbesar di Australia. Aset yang dikelolanya termasuk Telstra (PSTN, telepon umum; hampir seluruh jaringan kabel tembaga di Australia adalah milik Telstra), Telstra Mobile (jasa telepon seluler), BigPond (jasa internet pita lebar), Foxtel (televisi berlangganan, 50% saham), Sensis (jasa periklanan dan penerbitan direktori umum, misalnya Halaman Kuning).

Hingga tahun 1975, jasa telekomunikasi dan pos di Australia dikelola Postmaster-General's Department (PMG) yang didirikan pada tahun 1901. Pada 1 Juli 1975, Telecom Australia dibentuk untuk menggantikan PMG dalam mengelola jasa telekomunikasi domestik di Australia, sedangkan jasa pos dikelola Australia Post. Pada tahun 1993, Telecom Australia berubah nama menjadi Telstra setelah setahun sebelumnya terjadi merger antara Telecom Australia dengan Overseas Telecommunications Corporation. Telstra kemudian mengalami proses privatisasi secara bertahap, masing-masing pada tahun 1997, 1999, dan 2006.[3]
