Stasiun Pare (PE) merupakan stasiun kereta api nonaktif yang terletak di Pare, Pare, Kediri; termasuk dalam Wilayah Penjagaan Aset VII Madiun. Stasiun ini berada di jalur kereta api Jombang–Kediri yang sudah tidak aktif. Bekas stasiun ini berlokasi di Jalan Panglima Besar Sudirman dan berdiri persis di depan Mapolres Kediri. Saat ini bekas Stasiun Pare telah menjadi warung sate kambing dan gulai.^[3]

Stasiun ini merupakan stasiun besar yang dibuka pada tahun 1896 serta menjadi stasiun pusat bagi Kediri Stoomtram Maatschappij sehingga dilengkapi dengan depo lokomotif dan balai yasa atau bengkel kereta, tetapi sayangnya depo itu sudah dibongkar dan dimanfaatkan menjadi sebuah bengkel.

Stasiun ini dahulu mempunyai jalur cabang menuju Stasiun Papar. Stasiun Papar saat ini masih aktif. Selain itu, stasiun Pare mempunyai cabang menuju Kandangan, Kepung, dan Kencong. Semua jalur cabang ini dibongkar oleh pekerja romusa Jepang pada Perang Dunia II untuk kepentingan perang.^[4]

Sebagian dari overcapping stasiun ini telah lama dipindah untuk digunakan selama beberapa tahun di Stasiun Ngawi (d.h Paron), hingga proyek jalur ganda segmen Madiun-Kedungbanteng rampung pada akhir tahun 2019.
