St. Kristo adalah album studio keenam oleh band death metal Siksakubur, rilis tanggal 18 Mei 2012 melalui bendera Podium Music yang memuat 7 komposisi lagu dengan karakter khas black death metal yang digarap di EC3 Studio-nya Fajar Satriatama (Edane, God Bless)[1] dengan aransemen dinamis dan ngebut khas Siksakubur. Album ini dibuka dengan intro puisi yang disuarakan Muhamad Rohman (dikenal dengan Man) (Jasad) dalam "Burung Bangkai" dan ditutup dengan "Kelelawar Hijau".

Rilis dan Konsep

Album ini terdengar lebih harmonis dibandingkan album sebelumnya dengan gempuran dan hentakan ritme yang panjang serta perpaduan elemen gaya musikalitas Morbid Angel, Deicide, dan Cannibal Corpse. Harmonisasi duo gitaris Andre dan Baken yang membawa karakter musik dengan energi yang baru disertai hentakan galak dan gempuran 'blast-beat' cepat Adhytia.[2] Album ini minus pemain bass yang mengundurkan diri sebelum proses penggarapan album. Sehingga proses rekam bass diambil alih oleh Andre yang juga merangkap sebagai vokal latar. Album ini juga merupakan kontribusi perdana Baken bersama Siksakubur.[3] St. Kristo dipersembahkan untuk seorang teman, sahabat, "metal scenester" dan pendiri label Rottrevore Records bernama Kristoforus Dwinanda Satrio (dikenal dengan Rio atau Rio Rottrevore) yang tutup usia di Bandung tanggal 28 November 2011 (2011-11-28).[4] Nama dari album ini diambil dari nama depan Rio untuk mengenang jasa, ide-ide brilian dan dedikasinya[2] terhadap industri musik metal di blantika musik tanah air.[5]
