Secret (Hanzi tradisional: 不能說的秘密; Hanzi sederhana: 不能说的秘密; Pinyin: Bùnéng shuō de mìmì; harfiah: 'The Secret That Cannot Be Told') Ye Xianglun, seorang mahasiswa jurusan musik piano, pindah sekolah ke Tamkang (Danjiang). Ini adalah sebuah sekolah musik terkenal bagi siswa berbakat, terutama di bidang alat musik piano. Pada hari pertama sekolah, saat ia menjelajahi gedung piano, dia mendengar melodi misterius yang dimainkan oleh Lu Xiaoyu, dengan piano tua. Ketika dia bertanya tentang lagu yang dimainkannya, ia bilang bahwa itu adalah rahasia yang tidak bisa dikatakan. Cerita pun berkembang menjadi hubungan yang misterius. Ketika Xianglun menceritakan Xiaoyu tentang pembongkaran gedung piano pada hari kelulusan, Xiaoyu pun mengajarkan Xianglun lagu misterius itu.

Namun, ketika kejadian tidak sengaja Xianglun dicium oleh Qing Yi, Xiaoyu menghilang selama lima bulan. Xiaoyu hanya kembali untuk hari kelulusan dan menghilang lagi. Xianglun mencari dan menemukan tentang Xiaoyu melalui ayahnya sendiri dan Ibu Xiaoyu, bahwa sebenarnya Xiaoyu adalah seorang mahasiswa dari kelas 3 tahun 1979, yang lulus 20 tahun lalu. Ayahnya mengatakan kepadanya apa yang menimpa Xiaoyu. Baik ayahnya yang juga merupakan guru Xiaoyu maupun ibu Xiaoyu sendiri tidak mempercayai apa yang diceritakan Xiaoyu kepada mereka 20 tahun yang lalu. Pada saat ayahnya akan menunjukkan buku Melodi Secret tersebut kepada Xianglun, Xianglun sudah menuju ke gedung piano untuk memainkan nada tersebut dengan maksud menghadirkan xiaoyu. Namun gedung tersebut sedang dibongkar sehingga siang hari pun harus mengendap-endap dan bersusah payah untuk mencapai piano tua tersebut. Di waktu yang bersamaan Ayah Xiang lun membuka buku Melodi tersebut dan menemukan pesan yang ditujukan untuk Xiang lun. Ketika menyadarinya ayah Xiang lun berusaha menyusul Xiang lun ke tempat gedung piano tersebut. Namun Xiang lun sudah menemui Xiaoyu di dimensi lain.
