Iwan Darmawan alias Rois.

Iwan Darmawan Mutho (alias Mohammad Rois; lahir tahun 1976?) adalah terpidana pelaku Bom Kuningan pada 9 September 2004. Ia berasal dari Jawa Barat.

Ia ditangkap pada 5 November 2004 bersama rekan-rekannya, Hasan, Apuy, dan Sogir alias Abdul Fatah di Kampung Kaum, Leuwiliang, Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat. Sebelum berhasil ditangkap, ia dihargai Rp. 500 juta oleh pihak kepolisian. Pada 13 September 2005, ia dijatuhi vonis hukuman mati oleh Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan. Ia sendiri membantah tuduhan yang dijatuhkan kepadanya, yakni membantu dalam aksi pengeboman tersebut serta membantu menyembunyikan Dr. Azahari dan Noordin M. Top.

Rois kemudian mengajukan banding atas vonis hukuman mati tersebut, namun Mahkamah Agung menolaknya, sehingga ia dipastikan akan dihukum mati.
