Rendy Virgiawan Mangkat (lahir Kotamobagu, 07 Mei 1990) adalah seorang politikus Indonesia. Ia dilantik menjadi Wakil Wali Kota Kotamobagu pada 20 Februari 2025 mendampingi Weny Gaib selaku Wali Kota Kotamobagu setelah memenangkan pemilihan umum Wali Kota Kotamobagu 2024.[1]
