Pulau Komang adalah pulau yang terletak dalam wilayah administrasi desa Kalinaun, Kecamatan Likupang Timur, Kabupaten Minahasa Utara, Sulawesi Utara, Indonesia.

Pulau ini termasuk dalam kategori pulau tidak berpenghuni namun menjadi tempat wisata warga sekitar. [1]

Akses

Pulau ini bisa ditempuh dari Pantai Pall di desa Marinsow. Dari pertigaan desa Marinsow, ambil jalur kanan dan tepat sebelum memasuki Desa Kalinaun, Anda bisa belok kiri karena lokasi pulau ini ada di bagian pantai atau disebut juga Kalinaun Pantai. Dari pemukiman warga, bisa memilih jalan kaki selama 10-15 menit atau naik perahu untuk sampai ke Pulau Komang.[2]

Sejarah

Terdapat sebuah mata air yang dikeramatkan warga dan sebuah gua yang menurut mitos warga sekitar merupakan tempat meditasi tetua kampung.[2]

Wisata

Setiap tahun, diadakan Festival Pulau Komang[3] yang menggelar beberapa lomba seperti lomba katinting 16 PK, lomba perahu katinting gir ganda 16 PK, lomba perahu katinting 18 PK, lomba perahu 18 PK mesin tempel, lomba perahu dayung 3 orang dan lomba tambang perahu laki-laki 5 orang.[4]
