Pembunuhan massal anti-komunis adalah pembunuhan massal terhadap komunis, terduga komunis atau terguga pendukung mereka oleh masyarakat, organisasi politik dan pemerintahan yang menentang komunisme. Gerakan komunis menghadapi perlawanan sejak didirikan dan perlawanan sering kali terorganisir dan berunsur kekerasan.
Pembersihan anti-komunis terjadi tak lama setelah kudeta gagal di ibukota Indonesia, Jakarta, yang diduga ditunggangi oleh Partai Komunis Indonesia (PKI). Perkiraan jumlah orang yang dibunuh oleh tentara Indonesia adalah antara 500.000 dan 1.000.000.[1][2]:3
