Marthen Kogoya

Marthen Kogoya (lahir 6 Oktober 1977) adalah seorang birokrat Indonesia kelahiran Kampung Konda, Kabupaten Tolikara. Ia adalah anak sulung dari enam bersaudara. Pada Oktober 2006, ia diangkat menjadi Kepala Seksi Kepemudaan pada Kantor Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Tolikara. Dari Maret 2007 sampai Oktober 2009, ia diangkat menjadi Kepala Bidang Objek dan Daya Tarik Wisata di Dinas Pariwisata Tolikara. Pada November 2009, ia diangkat menjadi Kepala Bidang Sosial Budaya Pada Bappeda Kabupaten Tolikara.

Dari 2011 sampai 2015, ia diangkat menjadi Kepala Bagian Umum pada Setda Kabupaten Tolikara. Pada April 2015, ia diangkat menjadi Kepala Bagian Persidangan pada Setretariat Dewan DPRD Kabupaten Tolikara. Pada November 2016, ia diangkat menjadi pejabat eselon II menduduki jabatan sebagai Sekretaris Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Tolikara. Pada 2018, ia menerima Satya Lencana Karya Satya 10 Tahun dari Presiden Indonesia Joko Widodo.

Pada Agustus 2020, ia diangkat menjadi Kepala Bidang Pengembangan Aparatur pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Provinsi Papua. Pada Agustus 2021, ia diangkat menjadi Plt. Kepala BKD Papua. Pada 2023, ia diangkat menjadi pelaksana jabatan Bupati Tolikara. Ia memiliki istri bernama Maria Ima Goran.[1]
