Desa Mano masuk dalam wilayah Kecamatan Obi Selatan, Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan, Provinsi Maluku Utara. Lokasi wilayahnya berada di bagian tepi selatan Pulau Gamumu yang berbatasan langsung dengan Provinsi Maluku.[1]
