Kereta Hefei-Wuhan atau Jalur Kereta Hewu (Hanzi sederhana: 合武铁路; Hanzi tradisional: 合武鐵路; Pinyin: Hé-Wǔ tiělù) merupakan layanan kereta kecepatan tinggi dari Hefei, ibu kota Provinsi Anhui ke Wuhan di Provinsi Hubei. Jalur kereta ini dibuka pada 31 Desember 2008 dan layanan kereta kecepatan tinggi 250 km/jam dimulai pada 1 April 2009,^[1] sejak itu jalur ini digunakan juga oleh kereta ekspres Shanghai-Nanjing-Hefei-Wuhan.

Pada Juli 2010, sistem penjadwalan menunjukkan ada sembilan kereta ekspres seri D, yang setiap hari melayani rute dari Hefei ke tiga stasiun kereta utama di Wuhan yaitu Stasiun Kereta Wuhan, Stasiun Kereta Hankou dan Stasiun Kereta Wuchang dengan waktu tempuh antara 2 jam hingga 2 jam 40 menit. Sedangkan enam kereta seri D Shanghai-Wuhan juga melewati jalur ini namun tidak berhenti di Hefei.^[2]

Pada September 2013, jumlah keberangkatan harian ke setiap arah lebih dari 20. Guna meningkatkan kecepatan kereta, jalur rel ini telah diperbaiki sehingga kereta mampu melesat hingga 350 km/jam.^[3]

Jalur ini adalah salah satu bagian dari rute timur-barat penting yang dinamakan Kereta penumpang Shanghai-Wuhan-Chengdu (Shanghai-Stasiun Kereta Hankou, Wuhan-Chengdu).

Kereta akan memasuki terowongan saat melintasi Pegunungan Dabie di perbatasan Anhui-Hubei.
