George Smith (26 Maret 1840 – 19 Agustus 1876) adalah seorang pelopor Asiriolog Inggris yang pertama kali menemukan dan menerjemahkan Wiracarita Gilgames, salah satu karya sastra tertua yang diketahui.[1]
