Dinard Kelnea (18 Maret 1976 – 14 Juli 2025)[2] adalah seorang politikus Indonesia. Ia dilantik menjadi Bupati Nduga pada 20 Februari 2025 didampingi oleh Yoas Beon selaku Wakil Bupati Nduga setelah memenangkan pemilihan umum Bupati Nduga 2024.[3] [4] Namun dia meninggal di tengah masa jabatannya pada tanggal 14 Juli 2025 karena sakit.[2]
