Bintara Tinggi (bahasa Inggris: warrant officer, WO) adalah seorang perwira dalam sebuah organisasi militer yang mengangkat seorang perwira menurut hukum kapal, berbeda dari perwira terkomisi yang mengangkat perwira menurut komisi, dan perwira non-terkomisi yang diangkat menjadi perwira, sering kali menurut nilai senioritas.

Pangkat tersebut pertama kali dipakai dalam Angkatan Laut Britania Raya pada abad ke-13[1] dan sekarang dipakai di sebagian besar layanan di banyak negara, terutama negara-negara Persemakmuran dan Amerika Serikat.
