AutoAnalyzer

Autoanalyzer adalah analisis otomatis menggunakan teknik aliran khusus bernama "analisis aliran kontinu (CFA)" pertama kali dibuat oleh Corporation Technicon. Instrumen ini diciptakan tahun 1957 oleh Leonard Skeggs, PhD dan dikomersialisasikan oleh Perusahaan Technicon Jack Whitehead. autoanalyzer sangat mengubah karakter laboratorium pengujian kimia dengan memungkinkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam jumlah sampel yang dapat diolah. Desain baru berdasarkan memisahkan aliran terus mengalir dengan gelembung udara semua tapi dieliminasi lambat, ceroboh, dan metode kesalahan pengguna rawan analisis.[1] Ini satu instrumen sendirian mengubah konsep hari per sampel untuk pola pikir bahwa ratusan, atau bahkan ribuan, tes yang mungkin per hari.[2]

AutoAnalyzers digunakan terutama untuk analisis laboratorium rutin dalam bidang medis, instrumen ini biasanya menentukan tingkat albumin, alkali fosfatase, aspartate transaminase (AST), nitrogen urea darah, bilirubin, kalsium, kolesterol, kreatinin, glukosa, fosfor anorganik, protein, dan asam urat dalam sampel darah tubuh serum atau lainnya. AutoAnalyzers mengotomatisasi langkah analisis sampel berulang yang seharusnya dapat dilakukan secara manual oleh seorang teknisi, untuk tes medis seperti yang disebutkan sebelumnya. Dengan cara ini, sebuah autoanalyzer dapat menganalisis ratusan sampel setiap hari dengan satu teknisi operasi.[3] Awal autoanalyzer instrumen masing-masing beberapa sampel diuji secara berurutan untuk analit individu. Kemudian Model AutoAnalyzers seperti SMAC diuji untuk analit secara bersamaan dalam sampel.[4]
