Arsitektur Pati

Arsitektur Pati adalah bentuk arsitektur yang digunakan sejak masa Kadipaten Pathi.

Rumah Adat

Rumah adat Kabupaten Pati atau Joglo Pati atau Joglo Juwana[1] disebut juga "Joglo Saridin" adalah Rumah tradisional asal Pati. Arsitektur Pati salah satu rumah tradisional yang mencerminkan perpaduan akulturasi kebudayaan masyarakat daerah KabupatenPati. Rumah adat Pati yaitu Joglo Pati seperti Joglo Pencu (rumah adat Kudus) yaitu sama-sama memiliki 4 bagian ruangan yang disebut Jogo Satru, Gedongan, dan Pawon.

  • Jogo Satru

adalah nama untuk bagian depan dari rumah tersebut. Secara makna kata Jogo Satru bisa diterjemahkan jogo artinya menjaga dan Satru artinya musuh. Namun untuk sehari-hari Ruangan ini sering digunakan sebagai tempat menerima tamu yang berkunjung.

  • Gedongan

adalah bagian ruang keluarga. Ruangan ini biasa digunakan untuk tempat tidur kepala keluarga.

  • Pawon

biasa digunakan untuk masak, belajar, dan melihat televisi.

  • Pakiwan

adalah bagian halaman depan rumah, terdapat sumur pada sebelah kiri yang dinamakan Pakiwan, tempat ini juga untuk aktivitas mandi cuci kakus (MCK)

  • Regol (pintu masuk/gerbang).

setelah masuk regol biasanya di sisi kiri dan kanan terdapat 2 bok, bok adalah tempat duduk dari batu dan semen, tempat duduk ini biasanya untuk bapak-bapak.

  • Seketheng

terletak pada bagian samping kiri dan kanan sebuah regol.

  • Latar

adalah halaman yang luas, berfungsi untuk menjemur pakaian

  • Emper

adalah bagian luar rumah atau disebut juga teras.

Genteng Atap

Atap[2] genteng kerpus Rumah tradisional Adat Pati memiliki genteng wuwungan khas Pati yang berbentuk Pentol.

Gerbang Pentol

Dahulu disetiap kadipaten/kabupaten memang memilki pintu gerbang yang selalu dijaga oleh para prajurit. Sedangkan gerbang pentol kuno yang masih asli di Kabupaten Pati memiliki Tugu Pentol Blaru dan Tugu Pentol Godi. Gerbang ini dulu dibangun pada masa pemerintahan Bupati Pati Tombronegoro ke 2 sekitar tahun 1600 an. Dan uniknya, gerbang ini ukuran lebar dan panjangnya bisa menyesuaikan sendiri sesuai jalan. Keberadaan gerbang ini pun memiliki bentuk yang menyerupai papan catur. di mana gerbang ini memilki filosofi yang sangat menarik. Karena pion catur jika ditempatkan sesuai, maka akan membuat lawan menjadi mati langkah atau kalah dalam permainan.[3]

Bangunan bersejarah berupa Tugu Pentol dengan bentuk khas yang ada di Kabupaten Pati sebenarnya ada di empat titik. Semua titik itu terletak di kawasan kota. Konon, empat titik itu pada zaman pemerintahan Bupati Pendjaringan digunakan sebagai pembatas antara area dalam dan luar pusat pemerintahan.

Saat ini Tugu Pentol tersisa hanya di dua titik saja, yakni Tugu Pentol di jalan Pati-Kayen turut Desa Blaru dan jalan Dr. Susanto atau perbatasan antara Desa Randukuning dan Parenggan yang disebut Pentol Godi. Pentol Godi Godi berarti kain perca sebagai pembatas antara mata tombak dengan pangkal.
