蘭瑪多鎮區（緬甸語：လမ်းမတော်မြို့နယ်；发音：[láɴmədɔ̀ mjo̰nɛ̀]；英語：Lanmadaw Township）是緬甸仰光省皎德达县下辖的一个鎮區。2014年人口47,160人[1]，區域面積1.31平方公里[1]。蘭瑪多鎮區下分12個小區，該區西邊與阿弄鎮區接壤；東邊與拉達鎮區接壤；南邊臨仰光河，與波达通镇区接壤；北邊則與德貢鎮區接壤。蘭瑪多鎮區擁有5所小學、2所中學以及2所高級中學[3]。蘭瑪多鎮區和拉達鎮區等兩鎮區共組成了仰光中國城。

蘭瑪多鎮區的大專校院有仰光護理大學（英语：Yangon Institute of Nursing）以及仰光第一醫學大學（英语：University of Medicine 1, Yangon）等。

2020年1月31日，撤销港口镇区，港口镇区西部划归兰玛多镇区管辖[4]。
